Inspire Studio & Gallery has a small Commercial Gallery which not only displays the artwork of Maureen Newton but also features original paintings, drawings and pottery by a selection of other Medicine Hat artists.

Inspire Gallery features the original artwork of Maureen Newton and other local artists from Medicine Hat. Inspire Gallery is the perfect place to find that unique gift for someone special or to find that special addition to your art collection. Gallery hours are Tuesday to Saturday 12:00 to 5:00 pm

Classes

Tired of carting her supplies to the various locations where she teaches, Maureen has decided to take students under her wing in her own studio and offer classes in drawing and painting.

Classes are taught in the bright classroom called the Sketchpad overlooking 2nd Street. 

Classes are small, up to a maximum of 6-8 students so students get individual attention. 

All materials are supplied so that students do not have spend a lot of money on supplies they may never use again, but can experiment with a variety of materials before investing in them.

The primary focus of the instruction at Inspire is on drawing and learning to see the world around us with an artists’ eye
